It's all right, my friends and I have whole conversations about fictional characters as though they were real! (Comes of writing fanfic!)
Actually him wanting to leave Tonks didn't bother me too much. It did strike me as a Remus thing to do. I didn't see it as cowardice in that respect: he really thought that Tonks would be better off without him. Him being a werewolf has obviously effected him a lot. I was just gutted that he was killed off before he got the chance to see that life could be good.
