Ranting

Okay, am currently a little annoyed, since the computer has decided to mess with my Radiohead CD and keeps skipping. Grr! Especially since I'm a total Radiohead mood, and I want to listen to the bloody songs! Argh!

You know, I managed to watch the new Prisoner of Azkaban trailer, and, although it looks great, the more of the trailers I see, the less I look forward to the film. It's my favourite book, and I can see myself getting seriously annoyed about the film. Also, although I like David Thewlis, he is most definitely *not* Remus Lupin, by any stretch of the imagination. Obviously, I'm still going to see it, but I don't know. We'll see. And, I love Daniel Radcliffe, but he wasn't as convincing as Harry in that trailer as the ones before. Tom Felton and Rupert Grint were good, but even Emma Watson was a little wrong, I thought. I don't know, maybe it's because they're too old, or something. *shrugs* Am going to get off my HP rant now. (Although am seriously considering capping the trailer!)

Speaking of capping, I capped all of David Anders' scenes in The Source/Surge/Secret Craft and will be putting them up somewhere, if anyone's interested. There are just over 300 of them, though. (Okay, I went a little crazy - I just kept pressing that button every time he appeared on the screen!) I think I'll cull them down a little first! *g*

In the hope of avoiding work, I did the following: I Am A: Chaotic Good Elf Ranger Bard

Alignment:
Chaotic Good characters are independent types with a strong belief in the value of goodness. They have little use for governments and other forces of order, and will generally do their own things, without heed to such groups.

Race:
Elves are the eldest of all races, although they are generally a bit smaller than humans. They are generally well-cultured, artistic, easy-going, and because of their long lives, unconcerned with day-to-day activities that other races frequently concern themselves with. Elves are, effectively, immortal, although they can be killed. After a thousand years or so, they simply pass on to the next plane of existance.

Primary Class:
Rangers are the defenders of nature and the elements. They are in tune with the Earth, and work to keep it safe and healthy.

Secondary Class:
Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.

Deity:
Solonor Thelandria is the Chaotic Good elven god of archery and the hunt. He is also known as the Keen Eye, the Great Archer, and the Forest Hunter. His followers respect nature, and only hunt when needed, but are quick to defend the forest from intruders. Their favorite weapon is the bow, and they tend to be extremely talented with it. Solonor Thelandria's symbol is an arrow with green fletchings.

Find out What D&D Character Are You?, courtesy ofNeppyMan (e-mail)

This is pretty good, seeing as I have, on occasion, played D&D, and that's my character, more or less. The differences are that I'm not a Bard (we were only allowed one choice) and my deity was different. Other than that, it's exactly right. Apparently I choose well! *g*

you can't have him! Mine!

See, she's not even willing to share! (Although, I will admit that we're sharing Daniel and Jonas.)

She's blind to the fact that there are several hundreds of us out there that might want a piece of the action!

Again, just as a disclaimer, I'm joking. Please don't run away screaming!

ROFL! Yeah, sure, she's joking... ;)

I was talking about not sharing Corin, actually. We can share Jonas, but Corin is mine! ;)

Yes, but I don't really want Michael Shanks, I want Daniel! And you brought Sark/DA into the deal when you said I could have more of DA if I let you have Corim! So there!

Look, I'll let you have Sark for good, just as long as I get DA. And I won't try to steal Corim, either!

Fine! I'll just steal DA whilst you're occupied with Corim! I'm sure he'll be willing to come, since you've got all these men you're neglecting! I have less, so they aren't neglected!

See, you can't even multi-task! And that means only one guy at a time! Even more neglect on your part!

*sigh* This is what happens to me when I'm cold and hungry and listening to Radiohead.

I realise that it sounds as though all listen to is Radiohead, but that's not true, it's just the only time I mention what I'm listening to, it happens to be Radiohead!

You started it!

So what post are you talking about, btw?

I'm going to have to head soon. I wasn't actually planning on walking home in the dark, but looks like I will be. I'm also absolutely freezing and starving.

And, honey, you're never brilliant at multi-tasking at the best of times! Although, it would take a talented person to handle several conversations in MSN, email, & LJ at once, so don't feel that bad!

I never said what? I'm not bothered about walking home in the dark, if that's what you're talking about. It's not like I've not done it before, I just prefer walking in the evening light, before it gets too cold! But you can come round if you like, I'm not sure how much I'll get done on Doyle. It depends on how well he behaves himself. If you do, though, bring Johnny, because Doyle might not be working.

I can't keep track of all these posts! I don't necessarily see them in the same order as you've posted them, so nothing's making sense! Argh!

But, okay, yeah, that sounds good!

And I can show you transparent font stuff (check out my Alias icons)
