Okay, so after having returned to the UK and put on half a stone (that's 7 lbs/3.18 kgs for the non-British people) I am determined to lose that weight and maybe a little more. With that in mind, I actually started exercising on the exercise bike we've got in the house a couple of weeks ago, but then the floorboards got taken up and fixed, so that put the kibosh on the exercise for a few weeks (also, I don't do running!).
But now, I've started again, and added some more exercises because

kyizi, another friend of mine, Sam, and I are going to start rock climbing soon, so I need to build up my upper body strength.
So begins a daily update of my exercise regime (you all can ignore this if you wish, it's more for my benefit than anyone else's!).
I cycled 3 miles in 9 mins 44 seconds.
Did 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, and 20 tricep bench dips.
But now, I've started again, and added some more exercises because
