I love my friends!

helionaFirstly, Laura deserves a medal and a big helping of Larry (of Ally McBeal fame) and Vaughn (she's not a Sark fan) for telling me how to put a Zip file over more than one floppy. I knew it could be done, but I'm not good with ZipCentral on these stupid uni computers. However, she showed me how to do it, and now I have that clip from Succession on three floppies for my viewing pleasure at home, on my darling laptop.
Secondly, I love my flatmate. Or rather, my flatmate's boyfriend. He's got Broadband, and has offered to download various films, like Finding Nemo and Pirates. I actually declined for Pirates, since I want it on DVD, and I think I can wait until then, after all, I can get my Orli goodness from the extended DVD of The Two Towers in November. However, I did, of course, jump at the offer, since I figure it wouldn't be too hard for him to get the episodes of Alias Season 3 for me! :D Fingers crossed that his new DVD Burner works, since his last one died!

notasalmon yesterday, and she's having a ball. So much so that she actually FORGOT about Season 3 Alias! I know, I nearly keeled over in shock!

Date: 2003-10-08 09:08 am (UTC)As for Kath, I got two text messages last night; she was playing darts in Clare's Cellar (which I'm guessing is the Union or something) and was having fun, so she had probably consumed alcohol, and the only reason I got anything remotely resembling a reply was because I've been bugging her so much! I told her to check her livejournal friends, because of Sarky goodness, so she should be around soon! :D
