Yes, have finally seen it!

Well, I loved it. Actually, I only really liked when I came out of the cinema, but now, looking back on it, I loved it. Sure, there were lots of things wrong with it, like the lack of Oliver Wood (grr!) but the hotness that was Draco Malfoy more than made up for it. I was extremely glad that he still had dry, sarcastic lines in the Care of Magical Creatures lessson, I was scared that they would have been cut along with lots of other things.

For the first time, I loved the twins. They were actually twin-like and had more than one line!

There were lots of plot-holes, like how come Harry never wondered how Lupin knew the Marauders Map was actually a map, and that Moony (which they spelt as "Mooney!"), Padfoot, Prongs and Wormtail were actually Lupin, Black, Potter, and Pettigrew. Sometimes I felt as though the film could have been a bit longer, just to add in some extra stuff to explain things a bit better.

The Firebolt scene, whilst cute, was really random. Ron wasn't in it enough to really get any interaction with Harry and Hermione, and the "UST" between Ron and Hermione just wasn't there for me - they were just too awkward. I realise that the awkwardness was meant to be there, but there was too much of it. Harry and Hermione were much more at ease with one another, and I could definitely see something happening between the two of them in the future (although of course I know it doesn't happen!).

The Hippogriff was awesome, the H/H goodness (they ran around for half the film holding hands - they looked like they'd been together forever!), and the hotness that was Draco Malfoy was brilliant.

Although I don't think David Thewliss and Gary Oldman look like Lupin and Black, they were wonderful, and the scene between them and Snape in the Shrieking Shack was fabulous. My one gripe is that Gary Oldman is too short! Sirius is meant to be taller! I have to confess that I was imagining Goran Visnjic saying the lines, and that made everything better! *g*

Anyway, that's all I have to say on the matter at the moment, since I have to go and catch a train! Don't know when I'll next be on. Ta ta for now! *g*
