Help, I'm going mad!

Okay, there's a show on cable (I can't remember which channel) which is about an FBI division (I think it's FBI) that solves crimes. The two main characters are women, one black, one white. The black one's last name is Scott, and the white one has visions that help them solve the crimes. I think it might take place in New York. Can anyone help me out with the name of the show, because it's driving me bonkers!
