Okay, these are my random thoughts on Season 3 episodes 3x11 The Eye of Jupiter to 3x14 The Woman King:

Okay, so first of all: Lee & Kara.

They are annoying me. Initially, I was glad that Lee was sticking to his guns and saying that he wouldn't cheat and that they should divorce. Of course, Kara wouldn't because marriage is a binding contract, and yet, as Lee pointed out, she's being very hypocritical because she's breaking those vows every time she kisses him. I hate hypocrites! Then, Sam talks to Kara (and how much do I LOVE Sam right now?!) and basically tells her to go to Lee if she loves him. So she does: she tells Lee that they should break up with their respective partners and get together. Lee, of course, says he has to think about it, because it's a marriage they're throwing away, and what's to stop Kara leaving him in a few months. Now, I think he's right to think that, but she's sticking her neck out to come to him, and it was a little cruel.

Dee was great in these episodes, very understanding. I totally felt for her. At the end, when Lee came back to her, though, I'm not sure whether that was best thing to do for him. After all, there's always going to be Starbuck and Apollo. And perhaps there is a subtle distinction: Starbuck and Apollo are meant to be together, but Lee and Kara are not.

I'm not sure I like Laura Roslin at the moment, I can't make up my mind. Sometimes she seems a little too cruel for my liking, too cold-blooded. As for Gaius Baltar, well, I've never really liked him, but I wasn't pleased when Lt Gaeta stabbed him. (Although may have had something more to do with the fact that I like Gaeta than anything else.)

The Helo episode (The Woman King) I loved. But I love Helo, so that kind of went without saying. He's such a champion for the underdog, and is always willing to stick his neck out for people. I'm so glad that the public liked him so much that his character was brought back into Battlestar Galactica. (In case you didn't know, Helo was scheduled to be left on Caprica and never heard from again in the mini-series, but the public response to his character was so positive that they brought him back.)

I think that's all I have to say on Battlestar Galactica. I can't wait for more episodes!

Okay, so I'm a little behind. My main issue with these two episodes is: WHERE THE F IS HEATHER??!!! HELLO!! I mean, come on, the sweet school teacher (who's cute, too) kisses you and completely forget?! Grrr! I don't like Jake/Emily just for that reason. Poor Heather. Although of course Roger's back now, so that may make a difference. But that's the problem with a show that has so many main characters. Some of them get left by the wayside for a few episodes and it's almost like the other characters have forgotten about them too. Grrr. (I also have an aversion to blondes getting guys, but that's personal! *g*)

Also, they're a little paranoid, aren't they? I mean, how come they didn't think that perhaps the planes were really old because they were the only ones that hadn't been put out of action by the EMP? I'm presuming that the fighters/bombers used nowadays are flown pretty much electronically. Well, WWII planes weren't packed with electronics, ergo they're more likely to still be able to fly. This is assuming that the EMP affected them. You'd think that Jake, who often thinks of these things, would have thought of it. And if not him, then Hawkins. After all, that was the first thing that came into my mind, and it's not like I'm terribly good at thinking about those sort of things!

I have watched a few other shows, but those are the two that stick in my mind. I've watched a few Supernatural episodes, but I'm saving them for the end! *g*
