Grr! Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] corngirl_jo mentioning Due South, I've been craving it over the weekend. This led to a search on the Internet for DVDs, and lo and behold, Season 1 and 2 have been released earlier this year. Naturally, I had to buy them. For some unknown reason, Season 3 has been delayed, so I don't know when I'm going to get that.

And Season 1 isn't in stock, so that's awaiting stock, which means I could be waiting *ages*. It took forever for The Faculty to arrive. Season 2 is ready for dispatch, so I'll be getting that in the next couple of days! It's a good job I've seen them all before, otherwise I'd be watching them in the wrong order!

In other, DVD-related news, I am now in the possession of Season 3 Stargate SG-1, thanks to [livejournal.com profile] loriel_eris. Huzzah!

Also, no studying tonight, as am going to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind with [livejournal.com profile] kyizi tonight - she managed to get preview tickets. Will also be going to see Hidalgo sometime this week. Although, thanks to [livejournal.com profile] kyizi's suspiciously non-responsive reply to my comment that my flatmate thought it might end badly, ie: the horse may die, I have a feeling that I'm going to bawl my eyes out at it! Or else, I'm going to be expecting the horse to drop dead at any moment! *g* The only thing that will keep me going is the fact that Viggo bought it, so technically it's not dead. That's assuming, of course, that it does die! It may not! And I don't want anyone to let me know!

Snerched from [livejournal.com profile] loriel_eris:

1. How old are you? 22
2. Who do you live with? Lynne, my flatmate
3. What do you do for a living? If you're a student what do you study? Student, Physics and Astronomy.
4. Are you single? Yes, sadly, but not looking
5. Do you liketh the boys or liketh the girls... maybe goats? Boys
6. What would you prefer - a good book, or a good movie? A good book, although I wouldn't say no to a good film!
7. What was your least favourite subject at school? Religious Studies
8. Do you remember what your first ever best friends name was? Laura (but not [livejournal.com profile] loriel_eris!
9. What one thing at the moment would make your life a whole lot easier? A photographic memory!

RE: the music. I *swear* that this is just a coincidence!

I've got the soundtrack to Due South - if you give me a blank CD I'll copy it for you (we're out of blanks at the moment). I'll be in Thursday this week at least until 2pm if you want to do that.

Yeah, as in Benton Fraiser and the wolf, Deefenbecker (or however that's spelt!). Yep, Season 1 and 2 are already out, and Season 3 is due out soon.

Yes, you're right. I knew as soon as I'd typed it it was wrong, but I couldn't be bothered thinking about it!

Oh, spoke to Lynne, and we're going tomorrow (Thursday) night. There should be a showing about Six Thirty. But I'll check later. Ask [livejournal.com profile] loriel_eris if she wants to come. [livejournal.com profile] nimoloth as well, if she wants to. (Just remember, that it's be 4 tickets free + 1 student that way. But I'm sure we can afford about 50p each! ;) )

It's a shame you couldn't come. It was fantastic! I have no issues going to see it again with you! ;) I think [livejournal.com profile] heliona would like to see it again as well. Plus [livejournal.com profile] loriel_eris couldn't come either, so she might want to. Plus that's four, and I can get four free tickets! ;)

There's not a showing at 6:30, it's either 5:40 or 8:40. And, yes, Lynne told me that you were going.
