helionaI'm currently recording old LPs onto the computer and having a great deal of trouble. I've spent the last hour and a half doing one LP. The stupid program either stops working halfway through, or else I started recording it at too high a sound level, so that when it's played back, it sounds vile.
It's nearly finished now, and fingers crossed, it'll work out all right! Then all I have to do is start writing them to disk, so that some space is freed up on the computer.
I'm also browsing JK Rowling's site, but everything's happening very slowly at the moment. Combined with my feeling rather chilly, I'm not overly happy.
Hurrah! It's worked! Only 5 more LPs to go.
Man, I wish I could use magic here. It totally sucks that I've had to hand my wand in, just in case I get tempted.
