Exercise Day 2
Feb. 13th, 2007 06:14 pmOkay, so today was my second day of exercising. Because I'm ambitious, I added some more upper body toning exercises to my 'regime'.
3 miles in 8 mins 44 secs (cutting a minute off my time made me exhausted!)
20 sit-ups (I'd not been doing theses properly yesterday, which meant that today they nearly killed me when I did them properly!)
20 push-ups
20 tricep bench presses
My extra upper body regime can be found here. I did them all apart from the push-ups, since I'd already done them.
Afterwards I took Chandler out for a long walk and a play in the park for a warm down.
